Temporary Shutdown

It is with great sadness that we need to temporarily suspend our services to our loyal customer base. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope you will understand we have not made this decision without careful consideration.

 

We have commenced refunding all orders that have not been processed. The system will refund to the same payment method you used to create the order. This will send you a notification. Please do not be concerned we will refund you in full over the coming 5 working days.

 

Due to a very personal matter we cannot continue to offer the level of service you have come to expect. We hope to overcome this personal situation in the future but for now we feel it best to keep our customers happy.

 

We have considered seeking assistance to continue but cannot be assured the same level of quality can be provided. Therefore rather than provide an inferior service we feel its best to take a break and return so we can offer an improved experience.

 

We understand we may lose some of you over this time but we hope when we return you will once again trust us and continue to work with us at that time.
